Bill Cloninger inspects the NightStar balloon prior to inflation. He is dressed to spend the next 13 hours in sub zero temperatures. The outer layer is an Iditarod musher's suit with five layers underneath. He was very comfortable throughout the flight, as he described it "very toasty".
