Pilot Bill Cloninger emerges from sitting in a zero degree freezer for 3 and ½ hours. This test of artic clothing provided Bill with the confidence that he would not have a problem with the sub-zero temperatures expected to be encountered in his flight. The testing was done at the Olympia Chocolate factory owned by crew members Celia and Bob McGrath.
